1. Purpose of the Policy

This CSR Policy outlines our philosophy, initiatives, and governance framework in alignment with the Companies Act, 2013 and global Healthcare responsibility standards.

4. CSR Focus Areas
Askon Health Care shall undertake CSR activities in the following key areas relevant to the Healthcare and healthcare sector:
4.1 Healthcare & Public Welfare
- Organizing free health check-up camps, medical aid programs, and disease-awareness drives.
- Supporting access to essential medicines for underserved communities.
- Initiatives promoting maternal and child health, elderly care, and chronic disease management.
4.2 Education & Skill Development
- Supporting educational programs in healthcare, pharmacy, and science.

5. CSR Implementation Framework
5.1 CSR Committee
A dedicated CSR Committee shall be responsible for planning, approving, and monitoring CSR projects in compliance with statutory guidelines.
5.2 Execution of CSR Activities
CSR initiatives may be implemented: – Directly by Askon Health Care – Through registered NGOs or non-profit organizations – In collaboration with government agencies or public institutions
5.3 Monitoring & Reporting
- Regular monitoring of ongoing CSR projects.
- Annual reporting of CSR expenditure and outcomes.

6. CSR Budget
